All of my VST chorus plug-ins sound great with guitar or bass but are not 'clean' enough for vocals. Can anyone recommend a good chorus plug-in for vocals? Non-DSP please.

I love the Kjaerhus plug-ins, and continue to keep them on life support! The chorus is killer! Blue Cat is another great chorus effect, which works really well on a variety of sounds. 

There was another chorus, "Clone Ensemble", not free, but really great sounding! It started life as a DX, was eventually ported to VST, but sadly it has not been ported to X64 - if that's an issue for you.

Presently I'd probably start with Blue Cat because they are still supporting/developing their plug-ins.

I bought Clone Ensemble to get that loose crowd sound and I'm presently using it for the same effect.
 
I agree with not going too far out on a limb for an EOL product like Kjaerhus , but it's worth checking out.

I have the free Blue Cat chorus, along with perhaps a dozen other chorus plugins. It's not bad, but on vocals in particular nothing I have beats the old Kjaerhus Classic Chorus. I use it a lot. I wouldn't be concerned about it being unsupported - I mean, it already does what it does and isn't going to suddenly stop doing it just because the developer has dropped off the face of the earth.

Two other favorites of mine are the free TAL-Chorus and ValhallaDSP's Ubermod. The TAL Chorus is nice for that classic Roland chorus effect on synths and rhythm guitars. Ubermod is just plain fun, as you never know quite what to expect.

Don't forget to try the Sonitus Modulator's ensemble mode. With a subtle mix level of 10-30% it can be nice on synth pads and strings, although I have to admit I've not tried it on vocals.

Just another vote for Kjaerhus - I have the Gold Bundle (I think that was what it was called) and of course the Free Classic Line.
Whilst they are 32 bit I have them installed on my Windows 7 64 bit system and use them in Sonar X1 (also X2 although I'm not really using that at the moment, awaiting an update).
They work flawlessly - The GPP Compressors I use on every project, as I do the gate. These are real quality plug ins.
I did think they would end up as Cakewalk products as the Vintage Chanel is derived I think from the Kjaerhus plug ins. Are some of the latest Cakewalk plug ins not called Classic something or other - sorry not near my computer just at the moment.

I'd like to adopt your optimistic outook Bit, but the sad fact it, while the Kjaerhus plugins work now, and work well (I have most of the Gold, and all the freebies) there is a very good chance that as 64 bit architecture becomes more prevalent bridging may become more difficult. Continuing to use 32 bit plugs will get trickier as time progresses!

I forgot to mention my other favorite chorus - the infamous Dimension D - which UA has done a really good job of modelling. That, of course, requires a UA card, which is why I skipped it in the last post<G>!

UAD are not the only ones doing Dimension D. Another company called Empty Room Systems also do it as a normal VST plugin:

It does cost a little but I highly recommend it. It has been said it is superior to UAD version. They have added a couple of extra controls which increase it's versatility. What they do say is that high quality is maintained right through this plug so it does not mess with the sound so much and they are right. It sounds stellar. One of the best choruses you will ever hear.

The vocal channel type plugin in Sonar that adds the extra voices is also quite effective if used right.
