I got it OK and love it. It is one amazing synth.
Zebra2 looks very cool indeed. I love the sound of it also. It is so versatile the way you can create very interesting sounding waveforms etc.. Very easy on CPU.
Dark Zebra is also very cool, the Hans Zimmer sounds along with a specially modified
Zebra2 plugin. Well worth it I would imagine. Impressed by this machine. Will be upgrading for sure in the future.
There is a bonus too. You get 4 plugins in all.
Zebra2 as a demo which works for 15 minutes and you can certainly hear the power of
Zebra2. Also a freeware version of
Podolski and a fully working version from what I can see of
Tyrell Nexus 6. Make sure you upgrade to the later
Tyrell Nexus 6 V2. It has a much nicer GUI and is more friendly. These all sound rather excellent too.
What I have found is that
Zebralette and
Zebra2 are a slightly different animal filter wise and all that but
Podolski and
Tyrell Nexus 6 are right at home with a much more normal and comfortable familiar analog synth type layout.
Tyrell requires more CPU than Zebralette and has some very beautiful patches. There are some amazing arp type patches well worth exploring in
Podolski too.
