Ohhhh. I had one of those once, in about the same place. Once it was ripe someone pulled the core out and it is one of two things that has ever compared with an orgasm... I've always wanted another one so I coud experience that few seconds of pleasure... the other was removing a "sheet booger" but that is another story.

When I was a youngun' I ended up with an infection in my earlobe after having it pierced. It swelled up into a sphere the diameter of a quarter. The stuff was just bursting to come out. I ended up having it lanced at the doctors. The nurse who popped it said it was one of the most enjoyable moments of her career. I think there's something cathartic about squeezing these things.
