Dropping ACID Wav file to measure 1 puts it at measure 26?

I am getting a weird issue. When I am putting a ACID Wav format clip from the Drag box section to say measure 1, it is putting it way down at measure 26. Is there a way to fix this?

there's a setting in the preferences which tells MC to import "at original timestamp" for broadcast wave files (or something similar to that). I don't know where to find that setting, tho, and I'm at work and can't look it up for you.
