Flutter Sound Effect

Does any one know of a good VST plugin that can create a Horn (i.e. sax) Tongue-Flutter effect like the one shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muK_TT9dfI8. I tried Wow & Flutter from http://www.vst4free.com/free_vst.php?id=602 but it is not producing the sound that I need.
