If you want something that is top of the line for back issues, then you should look at a Lifeform Chair. They are the best of the best for ergo. Expensive though, I dunno what they cost in Europe (they are made in Canada). Here you could get one for the US equivalent of 1000 Euro but it might be more there. I'd seriously consider them though, they are the premiere chair for back issues.

I bought a Herman Miller Mirra from them last year.
They have both new and refurbished Herman Miller chairs.
I got a great deal on a new Mirra after first ordering a refurbished one.

I have a Herman Miller Mirra 2, the best investment I ever made. It has lots of features that make the chair fit to you even to the extent that when you lean forward slightly the chair back follows you.
