iWould sell most of that stuff.
iDon't use it anyway.
But iWouldn't make a dime because of the transfer fee.

Plus, it hasn't been updated for years and has been on sale for just as long. It has no monetary value.

If time is money, it isn't even worth trying to sell them because I'd actually be paying to get rid of them.

iDon't care if I ever see another iphone product. IK Obi, how about an explanation of why your company keeps dumping on those that got them in the game.

I'm still examining my fancy phone, looking for the MIDI and USB ports and how to enable phantom power. Once I figure that out, I'm sure I'll be recording all my one-track projects on it.

There's no doubt that IK has let us down. I just don't think it's justifiable. The promises are almost sickening at this point. I just hate how they do the promises tease...all the time! They have all but killed this product.

If they really have (which is very questionable at this point) put all this time into ST3, I think they are going to be very disappointed in sales. Just about everyone has moved on with the vast amount of choices that we have available.

Just my 2 cents.

Even if ST3 ever happens, I doubt I'll upgrade.

I've meanwhile collected a nice set of tools from other companies and the upgrade procedure of the TRackS CS (which I still consider good stuff) taught me a lesson! You download several hundred MBs, install and authorize it and nothing really is installed/working until you push some button in an custom shop application which crashes without internet connection!!!

I just was not possible at all to get it working without an internet connection. IK support kept giving me useless posts on what to try. I wasted a week until I dismantled the DAW and dragged it to a room with internet just to push that bloody button ...

For all serious users who keep their DAWs of the internet this is an harassment. This experience and all the iToys releases really make me wonder whether their software is still intended for high quality applications or if it's just trash ...

I'm with you on IK letting us down etc... but I think the day of not having a DAW on the internet is pretty much over.  I'm a professional user and have always had my DAW on the internet.  Licensing and down loading is a nightmare without it and it gets more so every day.  With proper precautions you will be fine.   If my system was totally wiped out I'd be back up and running in 30 minutes from my disk image and data backups which are stored on drives that are only power on when needed. I really think that keeping a DAW off the internet is a lost battle.
