Seems the only times I hear about AudioMidi these days is either from asking people whether it's closed or not and if there's a sale on MixBus.

I just received an email from audiomidi with this same deal.  I thought they were defunct.

They were/are running a similar promotion on KVR, a bit less of a bargain IIRC - like $100 for MixBus + plug-ins.
