Well, that settles it - minimum requirement OS x 10.7.5 (the very latest OS on Mac).

The majority of the audio folks I know on Mac are still running 10.6 - which came out around the time Windows 7 came out.

So that's pretty much as if Windows 8 was the only supported OS on the PC.

I wish them luck building a user base on Mac.

Yes. You can demo anything in the Custom shop for 72 hours once every 6 weeks.

Yup, and that is any of the gear in the Custom Shop, not just the T-Racks side of it.
