  • If there is a downside to eating baby food I haven't found it

A few weeks ago in the supermarket I found myself checking out the baby food section. It seems to have changed since the last time I ate baby food approx. 40 years ago. Now they have these cool squeezy packs with mouth watering flavors like Plum Kamut, Coconut Milk & Berry Puree, Cherry & Carrot, Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal etc. These are totally wasted on babies and I have started eating them every day. They're really handy when you want to hurl something quick and tasty down your neck before you hit the gym.

Just because you can do something, does not mean you should. Bon Apetit.

I take note of the word "hurl" in the OP...

Such unnecessary cynicism in the face of someone eating food meant for babies!

Believe me, this stuff is delicious. These babies are really onto something.

And, even after you have no teeth, you can still eat it.

Loaded with corn syrup sweeteners and sugar perhaps?

Does it make your poo yellow?

Besides...the portions are kinda small and the price?

Nope, nope nope nope and nope....all natural organic ingredients, just fruit and grains....and the portions are surprisingly generous....a feast for a baby is a nice snack for a grown up.

What's wrong with yellow poo?
