As long as you don't end up like one of those poor souls who insist on wearing diapers and sleeping in a crib... ;)
Seems healthy, though too light on the protein for my taste and I prefer fresh organic whole fruits whenever I have the option.
But to each is own.

Oh absolutely and I am chock full of organic fruit & veg at home, it's just sometimes I'm out and about all day and then I go straight to the gym and it's the ideal pre-gym snack to carry in your bag along with a protein bar or something. Plus they are so tasty I cannot emphasize that enough...
