After downloading and extracting I get three .xml files that are numbered 1, 2, and 3. If I open them I get a huge page of gibberish. I tried extracting all, I tried everything I know. I watched the video about how to add content banks... something is wrong, it is probably me but I still need help. Is it possible I already installed them when I downloaded originally. I do not remember what I did and don't know what to look for to check it. I know I are a dummy but I am all I have... other than you... so...

You have to go into sonar and open th2. After that you have to open "Search"and click on the user presets on the left side. After that you have to right click on the empty bank and import the files one by one.

Yes, I watched the vid... kept it open and followed step by step but I can find NO ir WAV files, only .xml files. I am confused, did you read the OP? Maybe I am more confused than I thought.

I even tried deleting the freebie and downloading it again. What are a couple of the cabinet presets. I wil look at what I have and see if I installed them as Cakewalk presets but I really don't think I did... but, I'll check... and thanks for trying to help me =)

There are two different preset downloads. One contains 3 XML files (the new download in the table with the Groove3 coupon), the other contains one XML file and a directory of IRs (last months download in the table with your purchases). The XML files are presets, the video above covers install them. The steps are
1) Click Search button
2) Click "User Presets" radio button
3) Right-click on an empty bank
4) Choose "Import Bank" from menu and select an XML file to load
5) Click Close button


Importing IRs
1) Load the IR cabinet module into TH2
2) Double-Click on the IR Cabinet module
3) Click "Import IR"
4) Create a new group (Optional but a good idea to keep separate from factory files)
5) Locate and import IR wav
Repeat import for each IR placing them in the group created in #4.

Thanks scook, I will go to my account and look for another download. That... I is (I think)my problem. I had no idea there were two downloads. BTW, sorry to be a dummy, but what do I need to open the .xml files? or do I even need to fool with them?

The XML files contain the new presets for TH2 Producer, you will import the files following the method detailed in the video link above and/or steps 1-5 in my post above. You do not need to open the XML files outside of TH2's import process.

When I open the download does it have two itenms:
 
__MACOSX
 
TH2 Producer Content Pack
 
Then when I open the Content pack I find:
 
Cabinet IRs (file folder)
.ds_store   DS_store File
producer-jazz  .xml file
 
I already have these installed I think. I thought they came with TH2, maybe I am mistaken but I tried to install them per the video as user presets and was told (by a popup message) that I could not add duplicates. I will look at my account again.

You should have another download link. It is immediately above the "My Registered Products" table, in the table with the Groove3 coupon.
