Mind you, I'd make a much better job of his hair nowadays - the latest version of Refine Edge in PS Elements 11 is incredible.

Boy, I'm with you there!  I was very reluctant to upgrade from CS 1 to CS 6, but CS 1 kept aborting during some selection additions and I've got to make my auto body clips look clean.  However, once I made the leap, watched a few tutorials and tried things out, I can't believe how much easier and better the selection process is with refine edge!  I'm saving HOURS of tedious effort to get the results I need.  The only thing I wish they had was a way to rotate the square selection tool while you were using it so you could match straight lines that weren't exactly horizontal or vertical.  I end up using the circle selection tool and carefully cleaning away the unwanted stuff instead.

(So you're saying that picture isn't real???)

Everything else is spot on.

Hi,

I don't see how this is important ... or valuable ... if it is not done from a groupie's point of view!

Where's the fun?

And the stories, of course!
