I heard that in the UK they called the 4th of July "Thursday".



We actually call it "July 3rd, the sequel"

I remember having a good 'ol time at a London pub on July 4th back in '81.  Several locals were all celebrating with us and had NO idea why were (nor did they care).  I like that attitude.
