If anything it could be in your spam filter or it could have been considered solved. I asked for the ticket number so I know whats going on and so I know who to contact to make sure you get the help needed. If you don't want our help thats fine as well. But know, we are here to help. So my one single in my multibox is now useless?
What do I do with it?

There was no email in my spam folder, inbox or any other folder. I just tried CD again. Since I don't have ARC 2, I have to master in Sonar. I used CS to trim it. It worked fine. I did not pay attention to where the file went so I opened the project back up and went to process it again, making sure I knew where it went, I click ok to process and it locked up. Thankfully this time I did not have to re-install everything.

When I went to process it the second time, I sent it to the desktop where I had dragged the original into CS. It wanted to overwrite, I said, "yes". That's when it locked up. Later on, I'll try it again but sending it where it will not overwrite and see what happens.

When CS does crash, it will re-open but my Octa-Capture will not be recognized. I have to close CS, turn off my OC, open CS, set a different driver (Pod XT), close CS, turn on my OC, open CS again and then set the driver back to my OC. It will not open a project without crashing.

@Laney They will still be there, but our new singles will only be available in the Custom Shop. We have more down the line to release as well, so in the future the ones available for download will be few and far between. "Legacy" plug ins if you will. Even though they will be available in the Custom Shop as well. @Guitarpima, thanks for that. I'll get the support manager on this ASAP.

On the IK forum I mentioned how to re-install all my plugs. I still don't get why that question wasn't answered. Had they at least said that I could install everything through the custom shop app, it would have saved me a lot of time.

Does this mean I can uninstall all my singles and everything will be ok with CS. BTW - I was thinking before I found this out that it would be easier if all you had to do was just put in your serials and one thing just installs it all. So kudos for that great idea but what would have been the harm in just saying that when that's what I asked? The world will still spin on.

@Zo you can do the offline authorization the same way you can with the AmpliTube Custom Shop: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=3077 The authorization manager works like that, you copy/paste your serial numbers and it authorizes them all at once. It doesn't download all of the installers though. Especially for our non Custom Shop products. You can uninstall the old ones, but I'd keep them there just for older projects.

i have the *Grand CS ...installed it on my lappy (done the video by the way on it ;)

then on my offline comp i installed the CS and authorize it ..cool but extra modules are authorized (and appears) on the standalone but dll not created for use in Sonar ,the recover option in the the cs cant be done as the cs can't be opened offline .... i gave up since ...

Open the custom shop app and find your gear and you can install them from there. It won't load now so I can't tell you exactly how.

CS can't be opened offline !!!
