Fantastic.  I bet you can't wait.  I'd like to surrender now to our alien masters, if it's not too much trouble.  I like to get that sort of thing out of the way as quickly as possible.

Seriously...I don't think loading a mirror image is the best thing to do
and I sure don't look forward to a week or more of loading all the software
in.
I think I'll just get a copy of Outlook and see if it will handle mail and work
for a couple of weeks before I have to call a tech.

Did the alien arrive surrounded by flying monkeys by any chance? Did a house land on anyone in the immediate vicinity? If so, that may not be an alien. I'm just sayin'...

I remember when a group of guys at work were gathered around
listening to one talk about how good a deal he got on a vehicle he just purchased...
I hadn't said a word and they all got curious what I thought, and asked...
I told them- the way I see it the minute you buy a vehicle you just got screwed and the
only thing that matters is did you enjoy or not.
 
I look at computers the same way. The only difference this one has is how long it lasts
before it pisses me off and I throw it in the garbage....or if my wife is there to save it or not.
