I think I know the diet you're on...I've been on it for
about 3 months.
Doc says, "if it tastes good, spit it out".
IT'S DRIVIN ME TO WANT TO BE CREATIVE WITH A CHAIN SAW! I have cookie dough and becan in the fridge ....JUST SITTIN IN THE FRIDGE!!!! 
It sounds like somebody needs to make some becan cookies and get on with it. Come on, you know you want to.
