Well this news is very sad. Some great posts above and I add my name to thank you for your amazing energy, dedication and PATIENCE.
You were the steady hand at the wheel, and I hope as some others have mentioned, that this isn't a sign of worse things to come.
All the best to you sir, and I will be disappointed if you don't show up around here at least once a week.

I hope he has lifetime updates!

The bigger question is if we will all have lifetime updates if Gibson is making such poor decisions to get rid of the best "face of the company" employee they had.  

Best wishes in your new endeavors.  Hopefully won't miss you too much, you seem to be all over the internet and mags.
 
But Cakewalk will.  We could always take your assurances to the bank.

In that sense, I'm sad to see you leaving...
But, the world is full of possibilities; one door closes... and many more open.
Thru the years, you've been an inspiration, guiding light, and mentor to many of us.

I have to admit at being caught off guard by your announcement, but I have always been utterly amazed at your energy and output, so I guess this shouldn't be a total shock.

Thanks for all your efforts and contributions. You have certainly made a large impact on this community as a whole and helped so many individuals as well.
