Any suggestions on a Mastering Suite, I am on a budget! I see Izotope Ozone 5 is $199, anyone have any expereince with that version, Ozone 5 advanced is $999, so I cannot afford that version.

Ozone is a pretty handy tool. Don't pay 199 for it, places like audiodeluxe have it for less.

I own the version of Ozone 5 you inquired about. I also used previous versions of Ozone in many studios that I worked for. Ozone has been a cornerstone in project studios for a long time. Rest assured if you can't get pro sounding results out of Ozone you'll not be able to get pro sound out of anything else you choose to use. It's pretty straight forward on the workings of it and the sound for the most part is world-class. I have tried working with the $999 version and while it is full of wonderous features it can become overwhelming to some one who is just wanting to get great results very quickly. The more tools we have at our disposal always makes us second guess what we want to hear and which tool to get us there.
With that said, if you have the ProChannel Limiter, with the rest of the tools in Sonar you should be able to approach most anything you would accomplish with just Sonar. It just depends on how you hear things and if you can afford the more expensive plugin suites. I have said before that I have forced myself sometimes to just use the tools in Sonar and see what the results are. Some of my clients have actually chosen the master using just Sonar's tools over the other master that was done with (name withheld) pro plugin suites.
At any rate scook is right. Don't pay 199 for it. You can find it elsewhere for a lot less. Good luck to you!

I have ozone (4 & 5) and find it be decent.

FWIW, I prefer Slate's FG-X mastering tool for quickness and simple tweaking over Ozone. The plus for Ozone is the reverb/glue which Slate does not have.

I have Ozone 5.  I had trial versions of Ozone 5 and TRackS and for my use Ozone 5 won.

I did some test mixes using both and gave it to a retired Nashville songwriter and major label producer.  He reported back that the Ozone 5 versions were the best.  That was good enough for me.

Ozone is a great all-in-one mastering solution, especially for the price.  Another option to consider is an audio editing software package, such as Wavelab, SoundForge, or Adobe Audition.  These give you all the plugins you'd need for mastering and then some, and are more bang for you buck in many ways (e.g., waveform editing), but are also more expensive than Ozone.  Most of them have much better metering options than the standard version of Ozone has.  OTOH, I'd say that the quality of Ozone's processing modules beats most of the plugins bundled with the audio editors.  It's tough to beat Ozone for the price.

T-Racks CS classic is $79.99
T-Racks CS Deluxe is $199.99

LimiterNo.6 (by Vladg sound), along with a few tools in Sonar X2 is free.
That's what I'm going to use for awhile.

+ 1 for the Slate FG-X. It's not an all in one solution but it's a fantastic transparent comp/limiter. You have some worthy EQ's in X2 Producer. T-Racks is also very useful as you can use the plugs as VST's at mix time. I like the meter suite in T-Racks and Waves Paz  for a visual representation of what's going on.
