Izotope do a free and fully functional 10 day trial for Ozone 5 - so try it for yourself. I doubt you will be disappointed.  Be prepared to want it ! If (when) you decide to buy it, just get the serial number, authorize and you're done.

Rest assured if you can't get pro sounding results out of Ozone you'll not be able to get pro sound out of anything else you choose to use.

That's the whole case for Ozone in a nutshell. Nothing else is easier to get good results with, at least as far as limiters go. There are better multiband compressors, better equalizers, better tape sims / harmonic exciters, and certainly better reverbs. But the limiter alone is worth the price of admission.

That's how I feel about the Slate FG-X. No EQ, No Exciter, No Verb, No Multi-band stuff just an awesome limiter and comp.

I have Ozone 4. Is it worth another chunk of spondulicks to bump up to Ozone 5? $158.99 to be exact. What would make it worth worth the additional funds on top of the $199.00 I paid for Ozone 4?

That is a pretty steep for the upgrade I can buy it new for that. There is a demo though so you could see for yourself if it is worth it.
