Apparently it only shows at the post level, not the thread level.  Oh well, good to know!
 
(Too bad the "Unhelpful" button only shows to turn off the "Helpful" banner, I'd love to tag some things as unhelpful - lol!)

I was going to flag this as Helpful, but then I realized I was missing a "Flag as Ironic" option.
