I've just dealt with the last Teleport Server Sampletank crash I think I f-ing stand!!!  I have almost all of their libraries and they are f-ing USELESS IN 64BIT!  I know, they're "working on it".  Right.  Of course look at all the iOS apps they keep upgrading and releasing.  They've officially turned into an iOS company.  I'm done.

Teleport Server = Sonar's bitbridge for running 32 bit VSts in 64 Bit Sonar.

Does it need JBridge?
I really want the Ampeg SVX to go x64.
That, and the "White", are my go to bass enhancement plugs.

FWIW- I am running SampleTron on my 64bit Win7 system both in stand-a-lone and VSTi mode in Sonar X1 Studio with no problems. Note that I am not using a bridge; it runs fine as is.

Have you tried it without a bridge?

If you are using a 64 bit DAW it must use a bridging application. Bitbridge is evoked automatically in Sonar and you wont know its there until it crashes. If you are running stand alone or in a 32 bit DAW then you don't need a bridge.
 
I don't use Sample Tank that much, but I can't say I have had any problems running it in 64 bit Sonar 8.5 using BitBridge. I don't think I have tried it in X2 yet.
