I'm here bud, sorry I was out in Facebook land. Can you PM me your account name and ticket number IF you filled one out? It should show up if you purchased it. CSR IS inside of the Custom Shop. You should be able to restore your gear and it should show up if you have already registered it. Now that CSR is 64 bit it is in the Custom Shop and should update with the restore my gear feature. Also, iLok vs Custom Shop? Lol, I'd take the Custom Shop over iLok ANY day. I lost my iLok once. Then life got really confusing really fast. The Custom Shop is far easier and if you work from two different computers, you won't have to unplug a dongle and move it back and forth....

And thanks for chipping in and putting me straight - they are all there in my Custom Shop now I've restored my gear. I've been expecting them to appear in My Account on the website.
I just replied to Customer Support to let them know you'd sorted me out

LOL Steve....you know, I've been watching this thread and almost wanted to say something about "looking in the wrong place" but that's something my dumb arse would do.....so I didn't want to say anything. Low and behold...you really must be my long lost Brit brother. LOL! Glad you sorted it out man.
I gotta say...not to start any controversy, but regardless of what people may think of IK, I have to confess that I am an Obi lover (in a non-gay way of course) because I've seen him help so many people that had Ik issues...including myself. I could see if we had a rep from a company just come here and spam the place and leave...but the guy actually takes part here and has always extended a hand to help people.
Ok, maybe not every story has a happy ending and we may not like everything about IK....but they are blessed to have a guy like him in their corner. The dude seems to eat quite a bit of poo on here from time to time yet still hangs around. That's not to discredit anyone who has had problems with IK or Obi....I'm just saying, from my own personal experience as well as what I've seen on here...I'm happy to have him here.
Thanks for all that you've done for me and others Obi. You have to take the good with the bad and just keep on trying to make a difference for the better. I'm sure you've seen me get pummeled on here by trying to be helpful or someone just takes me/you the wrong way. Dont change man...get stronger and make it push you to get even better. :) Sometimes we may be in the right...but our people skills or delivery may be a bit off that day. It's good to take a step back and re-evaluate too. This way you're ready for the next onslaught. LOL! :)
