I own a boat load of IK stuff and never receive any emails.
I must have opted out when I signed up for my account.

I too use the software forums here to get the down low on new products. Which is usually better because the person posting usually has the product and offers a review with the news also.

One company that I would actually like emails from is Cakewalk.
I have signed up for their emails about 12 times over the last few years and still get nothing.
And no they don't go to my spam. They just don't come.

About 2 years ago I did get one or two Cake-mails but they just stopped all of a sudden.

Again, I rely on the forums to find out about patches and whatnot.

Funny thing is I get emails from Cakewalk on an account I once used to get a demo, but not on the account I use for my regestered products.

Doesn't bother me - I just don't read them. Don't have an i-anything, never likely to.

The already got you hooked Mike, seeing as your up to date with X2, me on the other hand get cakewalk emails all the time since I stopped at 8.5.


The latest 80/20 sale has peeked my interest with Rapture being $19.99 until the 31st of May.
