Been here before with this one...bought the aforementioned, leads to this:

Tried to contact customer support and get this:

'internet is broken' message...

Here's my order no: WEBU351591

Can someone from Cakewalk follow this through please? This has happened around 3 or 4 times now with different product purchases...would be good to figure out why it does it. I can get into my account, and obviously buy something, but am unable to get what I paid for. Can someone please help?

You may want to post this in the E-Store forum above. That forum is actively monitored by customer support. But it may be a few hours before they get into the office.
