I'm a big fan of T-Racks plug-ins and have successfully installed them on my new DAW.

In addition to the T-Racks plugs, I have Amplitube and Classik Studio Reverb.  I'm having trouble installing these and wonder if its worth my time and effort to pursue.

They seem to be installing properly, but Sonar is not recognizing them.  Is it perhaps because they are 32-bit (and don't show up on my 64-bit system)?

I'm a little perplexed, and with all the other plug-ins I have in Sonar X2 Producer (and others) I'm ready to give up and not worry about it.

Any suggestions?

Chances are you need to refresh the plugin list, OR...

Some of the IK plugins install into a "Steinberg" directory unless you tell them otherwise...check that too...If so, then add that directory (or whatever directory you installed them into) in the plugin manager.  Once you've added the directory, rescan for VST plugins and it should show up.

I am pretty sure there are 64 dit versions of T-Racks. I think cclarry advice what you need to do. But look in  Programs Files, not Progam Files (x86) to make sure you get the 64 bit version.

FYI....  I contacted IK and the CSR Hall plug is only available in 32-Bit at this point but they're working on a 64-bit version.  The T-Racks plugs all installed fine in 64-Bit.

you gotta take the dll's and move them into the appropriate vst plugins folder in either programfiles(86)cakewalk vst plugins(this folder needs to be made.because thats where i keep my 32 plugs.)
by default sonar does not create a 32 bit plug in folder.
i would start by creating one in the ProgramFiles(86)/cakewalk.
create it there and then drop the dll's in it.
open sonar go to the plug in manager and create a path so this folder is scanned at start up. 

long story short.
sonar needs to be scanning the dll's or they are not going to be recognized.
ive set these up upside down and backwards in my sleep.
even though you are 64 and they are 32 they use bit bridge no need to fret over that being the case.

keep whackng it at.
look to make sure there in there first.

I'd definitely check where they were installed to and make sure they are being scanned by Sonar. If it still isn't working contact our support for more help. Oh and 64 bit CSR is on its way....
