Should any place that I frequent become an embarrassment I hold the management responsible.
The caliber of the clientele is most often a direct reflection on the business as a whole.
I do know that if were the manager there would be many issues that I would be embarrassed about. I also know
that I wouldn't need ideas from my clients to resolve them.
I've been spending less and less time here because it has become much like a failing restaurant; serving bad food to a few that
may show up. Change the menu but not the cook...probably not what I'd do.
