Nah, I recall last chance offers on at least NI and Overloud stuff too only to have the offer extended or re-introduced. Doesn't bother me a bit. Buy, don't buy, pay retail, complain...it's all the same.

Would you prefer that Cakewalk and damn near every other software that offers a deadline for saving on a product refuse to ever offer a discount on that product again? How about if they ban ever including any add ons in future versions of Sonar? I find the idea that adding custom colors will lead to this whopping jump in sales laughable. I doubt anyone who has not upgraded to or purchased X2 decided based on that alone.
