I got a phone call at 8:34a.m. this morning from FedEx.
"our driver can't find your house, the package must have a wrong address"... "Where's your house?".
I explained that they do indeed have the correct address and that I have a mailbox with a number on it.
I also pointed out that Frankie from FedEx dropped off a package at my house on Friday.
The phone rep says that it is all straightened out and they'll try again soon.
At 6:27p.m. Amazon emails me and says
"FedEX says you are using the wrong address... you should contact them and work it out". I don't even know how to begin to explain that we've all been doing business with my same street address for 15-20 years.
It's like a domino effect that was caused by the driver's inability to find my house.
That's special.
At least Randy, my UPS pro delivery expert, will be bringing me my fancy color SATA cables in a few minutes. Right on schedule.
Yikes.
best regards,
mike
