Hey, anyone else having trouble unzipping this? Message is: 'File Skipped Unknown Compression Method'. Yet the other one I bought the same day unzipped just fine.

Even opened a ticket to Customer Support earlier today, with a very prompt reply and another copy of the zip file sent to me - same thing. 

Same message: 'File Skipped Unknown Compression Method'.


Be shame to pay $25 for something I can't use. 


Never happened before. I guess I should try it on another computer, before anything else, but an MP4 Video is an MP4 Video is an MP4 Video regardless of the rig, isn't it?

Ok - So I downloaded this again and sure enough it didn't work on Windows XP. 

But...it did work right away on my music [DAW] rig, which has Windows 7-Home 64 bit installed.

So it might be a Windows XP thing. 


I'm also thinking that since Microsoft doesn't officially support XP anymore, some others may not bother writing code for it either then, even though many of us still use & even prefer it for some things.


Otherwise, it extracted & opened right away without a glitch on Win 7-64 Home.
