If I didn't already have both an eLicenser (Cubase) and an Ilok (Pro Tools)
I probably wouldn't have any of the plugs that require them either (Softube),
but, since I already have them....I don't mind...

How is Customer support?

In my experience, nothing short of superb. They replied to my request submitted on their support site and to subsequent email within hours and speedily resolved my issue.

The issue - lost serial number for my XILS 3 LE - 100% my fault.
