Cracking track mate, mixed very well indeed. My only crit is that the vox is a little out o tune in some parts of the verse, maybe a little touch with v-vocal just to tighten them up a tad. Other than that its a cracker :D

Hey Big guy,
Honestly, I don't hear any parts that I would revisit and apply V-Vocal.
Thanks for listening!

This is top shelf material, like your other music, just excellent. Good luck on the film placement!

Thanks Gary!
I can't even say what this sounds like. It is really pretty much original to me. About the only music I listen to is up here and on my MP3/phone when climing the mountains around my house. The bottom on this is really tight. So far, I think this is my favorite of you songs. Whoooaaa, nice ending. Yeah, this could go in a lot of different films. Great. buddy!!! Riffalicious. I really like the vox with the guitar following. I'm stopping now!

Ha ha...I appreciate the comments Warren!
I like this, does have a different feel to it. But it didn't sound like Indian music at all? No tabla? no sitar? Are you sure this is a good fit for an Indian film?

You're confused...Indie = Indiana.

Great song, and that intro (and at the break before the solo, and at the end) was a really cool section. Excellent vox as well.

It sounds very "contemporary". I also would have a hard time defining some of the geres today.

Aside from that, this sounds really cool. Nice mix and I like the tones, the chord structure, snappy, powerful, great vocals, I like the chorus and break. Damn fine stuff Roger, I would study under you in heartbeat. Very impressive.

Hey Roger, great tune man. It feels like I have heard this before but the vocals and mix sound a tad different. I could be wrong on that though. I am just not hearing the out of tune vox in the verse and I usually pick on stuff like that quickly. As always, I envy your ability to create tastefully convincing drum tracks. I just can't do it, I gave up..)

Anyway, amazing guitar work, great vocals and mix. Everything sounds great actually, loving the roving bass line as well. Love it all, great stuff.

Thanks a lot Ed...I don't hear the off pitch vox either...maybe the guitar line on the right makes it sound a bit strange.

GREAT SONG! Love the radio effect on the vox and your harmonies sounded great. Cool little riff on the guitar and your performance once again was just FANTASTIC. Really enjoyed the bass line, just everything about this mix and performance was to a "T". Let us kow what happens with the film. KUDOS!

Extremely professional, energetic, commanding, refreshing, and 'seriously' playful! (If that makes any sense)

A lot of cool dynamics, ins and outs during rests, etc.
Lyrics: didn't hear a word with all the wonderful melodious rush!

The 2nd half seemed slightly perkier to my ears ... (don't know why) ... on 1st listen.

Methinks this works extremely well (for pop genre and film) and is equally as potent as your 'orchestral' piece ... for both pop and film.

Hey Philip,
Your replies are always interesting even if sometimes they're over my head...
Not this time though...Thanks!

Hey Roger,

Just sat here quietly this morning with the monitors on low, and this is absolutely leaping out at me! Cracking song, I reckon you hit the genre dead on. This is very current sounding, could almost be a Franz Ferdinand track. You're a real musical chameleon, much respect to you.

Thanks James...Franz was indeed the inspiration for this.
