I copy/pasted the isbn # 9781435457683 into the Amazon advanced search and came up with:
http://www.amazon.com/Guitarists-Guide-SONAR-Craig-Anderton/dp/1435457684/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1321302138&sr=1-1 I am confused because in the book description it says this:
As more and more guitarists begin to use amp simulation software, it becomes increasingly important for them to have a tool that will help them to get the most out of it. That tool has arrived in the form of THE GUITARIST'S GUIDE TO SONAR. Designed for guitarists of varying levels of experience with music software, this book hones in on Cakewalk SONAR products. Using straightforward, easy-to-follow tutorials, the book will instruct guitarists on how they can use DAWs like SONAR, both live and in the studio. Coverage includes discussions of Sonar LE, Sonar Studio Edition, Sonar Producer Edition, Sonar Home Studio 7, and Sonar Home Studio 7XL. The content is concise yet thorough, making this a valuable resource for any guitarist who wants to use SONAR to strengthen their sound and recordings. However, on the link you posted it references X1 and Effects chains 2.0
Are there different books? If there are I want to be sure I get the most current edition at the best price, which is why I looked at Amazon... to see if it was cheaper there. Someone might be upset if they buy something after reading this thread only to find it out of date. Perhaps I am just confused... well, no doubt, I am confused.
Thanks Craig. I'll probably want this but I still want the latest edition at the best price.
