Wow! Really weird night. Something I did last night (a really late cup of coffee, watching training videos at double-speed, falling asleep with a subliminal accelerated learning audio looping) caused me to have altered time while I was sleeping. Very much like shroom time where you think you've been doing something for hours and hours just to realize it's only been a few minutes. It started when I laid down at 1am and woke up at 1:45am thinking I had slept all night and it was time to get up - lol!
I feel like I got tons of sleep with lots of fun dreams (even though it was only six total hours) and I woke up feeling great and ready to continue with my training or anything else! I wish I could do that every night...
(Or maybe it was the mushrooms?)
