Can anyone tell me where the VC-64 has gone in the X3 install please?

It hasn't went anywhere.  It installs by default unless you do a custom install

It must not be part of X3. If you have a previous version of Sonar, you can just do a custom install and only put a check next to the vc64.

thx - I sorta thought that, but I just tried the custom in X2 and it was in that (that I could find) and I did a default install (on a new system) of X3..It did not come from X1.

And you guys reckon it get installed auto? hmmm I will check again, but I went through the C: folders - might have missed it I suppose..

I'm positive.  Try doing a re-scan of plugins.  it should show up under VST2 plugins with a (32-bit) indicator next to it

Nope, not there - and I just tried a custom install of X3, and VC-64 does NOT appear in the list anywhere...in the Engineering Suite menu I have :
Boost 11 -Channel Tools - LP-64 Multiband - LP-64 EQ - Perfect Space Convo

Boutique Suite: TS-64 - Transient and Tube - TH2 Producer - Breverb - Tone2 - VX-64 Vocal and Percussion

I'm sorry.  For some reason it shows up on mine even though i did what I thought was a clean install.  Must have found a way to stick around.
