Is there a list of "items' that are missing in the Demo?

There is a list of what is included on the demo page

Thanks Scook, I saw that earlier. I was surprised to find out that some items are missing in the Demo. On that demo page, it also states: "The trial is fully-functional for up to 30-days and includes the award-winning Skylight User Interface and the innovative ProChannel."

The DAW is fully-functional, it does not include all the plug-ins though. No trial version of SONAR included all the plug-ins that are bundled with Producer.

The way those are bundled into it, they have no real way to have those expire when a trial period would end, so that is to the best of my knowledge why those things are not included.  There are also potential 3rd-party licensing issues and that sort of thing.  It has always been that way.

this is about sonar not the bundled 3rd party stuff ;-)

You are much better off looking at YouTube videos of functionality rather than running the demo anyway. The main reason to run the demo however is to confirm that Sonar will work on your machine without issue or check that something is fixed or works as advertised.

Studio version was totally worth £105 to me.
And the producer version was worth a lot more than the £120 upgrade :D

Magical offers, just compare the cost of that to Pro tools or studying a course on music production and it was a tiny fraction of the cost.

As I already have X2 wanted to check out melodyne - bummer not included in demo.
Also no tape emulator either.
In fact a lot missing in the demo.
Very stripped down.

Yes, get the free trial version from Celemony (the Studio One demo doesn't include Melodyne  either fwiw).

Which version of melodyne is supplied by Sonar X3 ... and which version is the demo from Celemony?
