Sorry for this post, but I think you can understand my frustration once you read it.
 
2012-2014: X1,X2,Z3TA ... all that with the Store and PayPal, no problems, registration keys in e-mails, etc.
 
20.02.2014 - X3, PayPal, "please wait the order processing" forever. The support is called, several hours later the confirmation:
                    there are some problems with PayPal
22.02.2014 - I can see X3 in "My Account". Happy ;) No keys by e-mail, but I can see them in the store.
 
25.02.2014 - I have found the time to start installation, need these keys... Guess what: I no longer can login to the store!
                   2 hours ago I could, but not any longer. "Reset password" => "e-mail is sent" => nothing.
 
Common, let me finally use my X3 PLEASE!

I have got a good suggestion from another user - send PM to some CakeWalk admin. In fact the same suggestion I had from one admin during my initial problem.
 
But I can not reply/send PM to anyone since I do not have 25 posts in this forum. I used to send PM before, when it was allowed for "silent noobs". I can not even reply on question "Did you get my last PM?" now.
 
So, I have 10 posts to go... 
 
PS. I am watching now how 30000 computers calculating scientific results, I am the root on 100s of servers and I am the admin on many forums. But I can not send PM in this  forum and I can not login to one web site, what a feeling...

Hang in there - I am about to send PM to a couple of the Cakewalk folks, to see if they can help you get your store issues resolved.
 
So, hopefully they will respond - I am including the link to this thread in my PM to them.

Nice work Bob -you beat me to it. Didn't realise that PMs were only possible after 25 mails.
Hope Azslow gets fixed soon - my 3 days of having X3 without a serial number were the longest 3 days of my life...
