That is a great deal and I've contemplated picking it up, as I love uprights; we even had one when I was a kid (a baby grand before, a Wurly, an organ with a Leslie speaker, etc.). But why is that every independent dev who comes out with an upright piano library in the past 7 years doesn't bother to have it tuned? There's already probably a dozen of them on the market. What is less common is a tuned upright (and ftr, I own SampleTekk's Rain Piano, NI's Upright and Giant and Precision Sound's Nordic Upright). I would love it if this dev would create another version of this library with the same piano sampled after it was tuned. I would buy that in a heartbeat.

Goes well with the bass in Dim Pro.

Agreed. It sounds nice if you want a truly retro, kinda grungy sound, but it's not a 'gap filler' in the way its blurb suggests. Lovely timbre but the tuning issues and 'wetness' of the demos make it a no-go for me. I'd also be right on board with buying a 'cleaned up' version.

I actually shot the dev an email expressing my perspective that a tuned version of this piano would be more differentiated than an untuned version (that is, the vast majority of upright pianos released from independent devs in the past several years are untuned). How do those of you who purchased or are planning to purchase this library feel; would you be willing to spend an additional $29 or $49 if the dev released a tuned version of the piano (and I don't mean tuned samples, but newly sampled version of the same piano after it has been tuned)?

I'd love to have a tuned upright!!  Would anybody suggest a good one?
