No specific comment has been made other than the usual.
I pressed forward the point that they need to look at this at code level before they point at Native Instruments being the problem. The developers need to find out the root cause of the issue and what exactly is to blame here, so QA it seems to have done exactly the right thing passing it on to them.
I am also assuming they have contact with NI as they have distributed their products before, I suggested they might want to contact NI if it is their issue.
My hunch is that it is Sonar as I don't think this is reproducible in other DAW's. But I could be wrong.
