Hi all unfortunately i have a bad experience with Kingston update.
After the update when i load some recent prjs i have an error like this:
Error.Program data not loaded
When i hit ok Sonar load the prjs but i have seen that Z3TA load the default patch (not the right patch).
Any problem like this?

Another bad things, when i load a z3TA 2.2 vst3 in a project i read 2.1 in the instrument tab but the info on the z3ta gui is 2.2 and i have a dropout with prjs that with jamaica were perfect.
Cake can you hear me?
btw thanks for the kingston update.

Sounds like other people are having similar problems regarding the synth/instrument updates...

It seems like the installers are borking things out (or maybe just CCC).

Just pointing you to the main thread where it's being brought up so maybe you guys can cobble together something for Cakewalk to look at/fix.

I have not installed any of the Kingston stuff or instrument upgrades yet so thanks for the heads up. I'm thinking just upgrading Sonar itself to Kingston and waiting on the synth upgrades until this gets sorted might be my plan.

Cheers.

Hi

Me too with Z3TA+2.
Had to scroll through all the presets until I found the patch I used.
Now type in the patch details in the track description in the inspector - will do this from now on as a backup for all projects.

Cheers

:(

Guess this is yet another month I don't install. . Let's see how cakewalk fixes this. Hopefully not with a bunch of enhancments (out of the frying pan into the fire). Maybe the penny with drop for some when I mention regular stability updates with no new features introduced.

Have you tried the usual "fix" of reset and rescan the vsts?

Apparently since JP we no longer need to do this, but agreed, I would try that.
