I only got the first mail too. And my price is 227 euros, which seems high as I already paid for the yearly twice.

All set with email and correct pricing.

hmmm. Can someone just copy and paste the e-mail so we could read it?

If that is allowed, I think it would be a good idea. Just got the first mail myself regarding June 1st.
All the best.

You now have the right email. I fixed your account.

Could anybody concisely explain what is meant by the Platinum "pay one time" offer?  Pay one time for what exactly?

Also any idea how much it would cost for a current yearly Platinum subscriber?  The offers page say to log in to get the upgrade price, but the log in page says I'm already logged in......

If you're logged in, just go to the URL that is mentioned in the quoted e-mail on page 3, and you will see how much discount you get for Lifetime compared to the normal $499 (or whatever it normally is).

The current "pay one time" is rather confusing and is basically the difference between paying monthly and paying once for 12 months. The 12 months is important because you have to have a membership for 12 months to be able to keep using the product after you stopped your membership. See: http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR/Versions#start . E.g. suppose you're new to Sonar and pay $49 for 2 months. If you then stop paying, you can't use your Sonar Platinum anymore. If you pay $49 for 12 months, you will be able to continue using the last month's version even if you stopped paying. The latter can be cheaper by choosing upfront to pay $499 instead of 12x$49 which they call 'pay one time'.

Andrew,

If you could be so kind, I too didn't get the email... my email address wasn't up to date.  I have corrected it now so could you please forward me this email?

Thanks,
Jim

No e mail received about the upgrade - did get one however re the AAS offer.

Current store lifetime upgrade states 225.78 Euros, is that correct - exchange rates dollar/euro are normally the other way round, or are we talking VAT here ?

Cheers,
Jerry

I have not received an email from Cakewalk in a long time--although surprisingly I DID receive the AAS upgrade email.

I'd like to receive these emails if possible--can my account be fixed too please?
