Hi...I have recently bought this controller keyboard and the aftertouch is very hard to trigger, you really need to push down hard on it to get any response.
Pushing down on the end of the key means you are close to snapping the keys off before you get a response, pushing down in the middle of the key brings the easiest ( but still hard ) response.
I used to own a Fantom X and then a V-Synth GT and they too had pretty hard to trigger aftertouch responses but not as bad as the A-800 Pro.
Is this a typical trait of Roland aftertouch or have I just been unlucky?

Hi guys, I'm in dire need of the apro_sys_v115.zip file myself. My A-800PRO hit the dreaded error screen and I cannot find this file anywhere. 

If anyone has the file and can spare 3 minutes to send it to me (e3nine at gmail), I'd be forever grateful.

Roland aftertouch has a reputation for being very stiff and difficult to use. I've an A-300 and can't get the aftertouch to more than 100 if I put most of my weight on the board. And I am not slim.

A huge public "thank you" to Sixfinger. I've looked everywhere for the apro_sys_v115.zip file and he really came through.
