I've been a Cakewalk user since 1994 with cakewalk 5.0. I am a power user have been on major projects such as "Always Coca-Cola" campaign of the 90's thru 200 (engineered 85% of all commercials and produced several in the 1999 and 2000) and have major movie credits. Own all the DAWS and still Sonar sounds the best. Even the late Ray Charles with his super capable hearing chose Sonar over all the others including Pro Tools. Ask his engineer Terry____ ! Please save this software you won't be sorry

Please consider taking on Cakewalk Sonar as part of the Microsoft product suite. As one of the most fully featured DAW's on the market, Sonar would make an ideal alternative to Apple's Logic and would further promote the Windows platform as a serious player in the Pro Audio market.

Please save Cakewalk Sonar. (I use Cakewalk Sonar Professional.) I can't quite believe that such a great and complete Digital Audio Workstation is going to be ignored because of poor business planning. Cakewalk Sonar is very impressive, and having looked at competing products the past few days has made me love Sonar even more.
It's great to see such a passionate and varied community come together, too, in support of this excellent software. Well worth every penny, and I'm looking to invest more if it can continue.
It needs the same Cakewalk techies to continue development, and release the monthly updates (and goodies) we have all come to look forward to. The only change I recommend is switching up the marketing side, including social media design. A new forum design would be welcomed too.
Love Sonar, and it's much too powerful and complete to be ignored. I also love Windows 10, and the two go hand in hand.

I'm requesting your commitment in supporting the members of Sonar who has been dropped abruptly. Please do what you can to safe this wonderful software. I wouldn't mind contributing
towards this effort.

Cakewalk Sonar is the best Windows only Digital Audio Workstation on the market. It is the most user friendly DAW too.

Yes! Thousands Sonar users around the world! We are both Microsoft and Sonar customers. And our jobs are based on Sonar. Sonar is by far the best DAW having used almost all if them. Please do something!

Please save Sonar! The whole reason I went with Sonar (other than being the best) is it is Windows. They are a perfect match!

I've been a Sonar user for about 14 years. To me, having it under MS would be great, as Cakewalk already has/had a great relationship with MS, to my knowledge, and it would create the perfect adversary to Apple's Garage Band/Logic Pro for pushing MS as a brand for creatives.

Microsoft, we Cakewalk users are loyal Windows users. It would make an excellent addition to the Windows family of software.

Cakewalk SONAR is a good PC DAW that I've been using for 5 years. I'd like to see it continue on. Cakewalk also has some very good software instruments like "Rapture Pro" (compatible VSTi, AU and AAX) that I would really love to be able to use for years to come.
Years ago, Apple bought the company that made Logic Pro and Apple also bought the software synth "Alchemy" from Camel Audio. Microsoft could pick up Cakewalk SONAR and improve it.

SONAR is by far the most integrated with Windows, was looking forward to getting a Surface Dial to work along the touchscreen on Windows 10....
