Hi:  I hope this is the right forum to post this  (if not, please move it to the correct forum).

I just purchased the new Behringer X-Touch One (similar to Faderport).  It comes with many templates to map it to Mackie Control, HUI, Studio One, Cubase. Reaper, Pro Tools etc, but not one for Sonar.  I can get it working using the the basic Mackie Control version, but I am wondering is there going to be a template to map it's control more fully to Sonar by Bandlab?  Or if there is somewhere to look to find what CC#s to associate with Sonar's controls.  (one of the X-Touch One's templates has the CC#'s printed on it).

FYI--this is very similar to the X-Touch, but it only has one fader.

Any advice?

[btw, I still have my old Peavey StudioMix and it actually works wells with Sonar by Bandlab)

According to general description, the best you can get for the moment is in Mackie Control mode using MackieControl plug-in in CbB. For anything else, you will need special plug-in or smart preset in AZController. From what I know, that does not exist yet.

I'm looking at the X-Touch One, how's the functionality with Cakewalk?  One concern I have is when cycling through tracks, how do you select the bus section of the console view?  Do you just keep cycling through the tracks until you get to the bus section?

Thanks

There is one user created preset for AZ Controller: http://www.azslow.com/index.php?topic=458.0
I can not say what it can since I do not have the device.

Buses are in a separate section and require explicit switching, as in Cakewalk GUI. I do not know if that is already implemented in mentioned preset, but it is definitively possible to add if not yet there (you can ask the preset creator, do this yourself or ask me... but please use the last option only after you have the device and ready to test the result).
