When I install my Rapture it only installs as a vst. It seems I used to be able to run it as a standalone. I have installed version 1.22 both through the downloaded installer as well as through cakewalk command center. in both cases it only installs a vst...no standalone!

Check your VST folders for Rapture x64.exe

Yes there is no Rapture x64.exe! My rapture folder has the following folders: documentation, lfo waveforms, multisamples, resources, and tunings. There is no .exe in any of these! I have installed both from the following download:
  Rapture Windows 1.2.2.10
File size: ~26.8 MB, Released: 6/30/2015
MD5: 475fbde71364cdde55f7832848a67263
Download mirror 1 | Download mirror 2

as well as throught the command center. It installs a folder called rapture with the above listed subfolders and installs a vst in the cakewalk vst folder but no stand alone synth.
