new forum forgotten pw email doesn't get sent?

just tried to log into the new forum, but forgotten pw, "email is sent" message but no email received - is it all set up properly?

I had problems logging in over there because I was using Internet Explorer 11 (which works fine here).
It didn't work I needed to use Google Chrome.

Have you checked your spam folder? Apologies if it got caught there.

I have a different UN & PW for the Bandlab forum and the Cakewalk forum. I managed to get on the new forum using the UN PW for the Bandlab forum and it automatically moved all of my info over. Try doing that if you haven't already.

well it recognised my email (and didn't recognise another i tried) and said it sent the email but it hasn't shown up at this end, could just be stuck in the pipe somewhere so let's wait a bit and see

Well I logged in using my email that is attached to Cactus Music,, But the computer I'm using is actually logged in to Bandlab Assistant under my JohnnyV account and a different email,, SO It would seem you don't need to be logged in Bandlab assistant to log in to the forum.

Thanks for posting this information. I also used IE11 and couldn't log-in. Chrome worked.

I'd prefer not to use Chrome, but realize it might be the only option. I wonder what other browsers will work or won't work on the new forum.

I use an older FireFox (pre-Quantum) release. It works OK.
