[Solved] Why Don't the Record Buffers Change?

I have the Focusrite Saffire 24 Pro and have the latest Mix control installed 3.4. When I change the record buffers either in Sonar or from the mix control the change is not reflected. Can't see VST effects on tracks?

Excuse my ignorance to the workings of Sonar, but when I apply a VST effect to a track such as an EQ to a vocal track, upon closing the window that pops up for it I just can't seem to find a way to reopen that window later.
