Is moving/resizing/undocking Track View possible?

In pre-X series, I would place track view on second monitor and console view on primary. I would like to do this with X3 without making secondary monitor primary. Is it possible? Thanks..

UGH! Waves Authorization Issues - Help Please !!

I just could not find the info anywhere, and I'd to know if a plug-in like the hornet 3xover could have its multiple outputs routed to different audio tracks, not buses. Cheers...
