Loading Kontakt 4 in Sonar X3e

Loading a library in Kontakt 4 takes a very long time, maybe 10 seconds, before the samples begin loading. Granted, I'm using a large vocal library and some patches have nearly a GB of data. MMC in 64 bit Sonar X3e?

Has Sonar ever been fixed so MMC works in the 64 bit version? I'm considering upgrading to Studio, but don't want to if I have to program transport for my MPK61 (I work long hours and would rather spend my music time making music). I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks!..

Moving tracks without dragging them

Is there a way to arrange a track, instead of dragging a track to move it, to tell it to move up one or down thee or an arbitrary number or move to the top or bottom of the track list?..
