Who mixes for vinyl, and what are the differences between mixing for vinyl and CD?

Hi Sonar friends, I am running Sonar X3 studio on a 64 pc and today I have downloaded a freeware vsti called RedTron which emulates the sounds of the Mellotron keyboard. Has anyone else noticed that Cakewalk has been AWOL for the last week?

I've called a dozen times in the last week and I get a message that says that Cakewalk is "closed today." Has anyone else experienced that? Kind of disturbing. Especially when you're setting up a new program and having problems. Thanks,John..

problem, z3ta+ synth vst showing up as audio effect plugin in sonar x3 studio
